Col., 1775, of the Army of Observation of R.I., and deputy to the General Assesmbly; he represented Westerly in the General Assembly in 1777. A graduate of Yale. (Marion Louise Hall of Westerly No. 88497, is descended of Hezekiah Wilcox- Capt. Jesse Wilcox - John Pendleton and Lt. Col. James Babcock.)
