Washington County New York, 12-Jan-1854; Mary CONKLIN with whom I am personally acquainted came before me and being duly sworn said that she resided in the town of Easton, in said county, that she saw Ethan SATTERLEE execute the within instrument that she, the said Mary Conklin, subscribed her name there to as a witness & that she knew the said Ethan Satterlee, to be the person described & who executed tile said instrument. Washington County, New York; 7-Feb-1854, know all men by these presents that, we, Betsy BURDICK & Winter BURDICK, in sight of widow Betsy DEMARIS MOSHER (widow of James MOSHER), Asa COON, & Sarah COON, Jared COON, Asa CRANDALL, Abram CRANDALL for & in consideration of 1 dollar to each of us in hand paid the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged by David CONKLIN of Greenwich in the County of Washington, State of New York, have severally bargained sold, granted, released & quit claim unto the said David CONKLIN & to his heirs & assigns forever each of our right title interest estate claim demand & heirship of in & to all that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the town of Greenwich for said & known & disi'nguished as being tile small farm of 50 acres in which the said David CONKLIN now lives and is sometimes called the Lyman CLANSON farm & the same farm which was formerly owned by Abel COON & by him devised to the said Lyman CLANSON, to have & to hold tile said above described farm with its appertanances unto the said David CONKLIN his heirs & assigns forever in as effectual a manner as we or either of us have power & right to grant & convey the same or any part thereof, in witness whereof we have each for him & herself here unto set our several seals*, 29-Dec-1845: Winter BURDICK*-Demaris MOSHER*-Asa COON*-Sarah COON*-Jared COON*Asa CRANDALL*-Abram C.
