Washington County New York, 12-Jan-1854; Mary CONKLIN with whom I am personally acquainted came before me and being duly sworn said that she resided in the town of Easton, in said county, that she saw Ethan SATTERLEE execute the within instrument that she, the said Mary Conklin, subscribed her name there to as a witness & that she knew the said Ethan Satterlee, to be the person described & who executed tile said instrument.
